STARSHIELD® GS-SG6001A is one liquid type electric conduction silicon paste and hardened by moist in the air. The hardened material has excellent elasticity and electricity conduction and is suitable to be applied as filed forming type electric wave interception and disposal gasket.
Silver coating copper particles used in this provide an excellent electric wave interception and disposal function as well as high electric conduction. Moreover, it has outstanding adhesiveness on the electric conduction coating layer, die-casting, or metal plating layer. |

STARSHIELD® GS-SG6001A displays an excellent electric wave interception and disposal function in hardened condition.

Rubber elasticity
STARSHIELD® GS-SG6001A is compounded to maintain rubber elasticity of one liquid type silicon resin.
It displays excellent restoration for repeated compression and strain.
Workable compression rate is 10% - 50%, and recommended compression is 30%. |

Hardening
STARSHIELD® GS-SG6001A is easily hardened by moisture in the air.
Dispensed gasket is available to handle after 2 hours of hardening condition in 25 ℃ , comparison moist 50%, and shows maximum 95% of adhesiveness after 12 hours. Continuous hardening is possible if moist humidity and temperature are increased. |
